Here's a bit more about me and the work I do.
I'm a licensed psychologist, a body-oriented therapist (Biosynthesis), and a certified coach — with 360+ hours of personal therapy and 150+ hours of professional practice, training, and supervision behind me.
I run group programs and psychology workshops. My work centers on emotions, self-regulation, relationships, personal growth, and reconnecting with yourself.
I've spent 12+ years in tech and know the industry inside out — I've worked as a QA Engineer, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach.
These days I support product and service teams at every stage of growth: Agile coaching, org development for teams and leaders, and facilitation for strategy sessions, retros, and workshops. I've worked with distributed teams around the world, and I'm at my best when I'm helping people grow and building a space where it's safe to learn, stretch, and experiment.
I work on AI implementation and integration — helping teams weave AI into the way they work, and exploring how technology can actually support learning, growth, and human potential. I also build interactive tools for psychoeducation and self-discovery.
